DKIM record for Google Workspace domain email
Here are the steps for getting the DKIM record for a Google Workspace domain email account. This info needs to be added to a DNS record for the domain. Here are the steps:
- Go to admin.google.com and login with a Super Admin user account.
- Left side navigation, click Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail
- On the right side, click on Authenticate email to expand it
- Make sure Selected domain is the one used for email
- If DKIM authentication has info already (Status: Authenticating email with DKIM) then skip to Step 8
- If DKIM authentication is empty (Status: Not authenticating email):
click Generate New Record - In popup window, leave as-is and click Generate
- Copy/paste all contents in gray box into an email to your DNS admin (help@radiatewp.com if we manage your records for you)
