About the WPEngine Portal

In addition to your standard login (http://mydomain.com/wp-admin), there is another login which takes you to the WPEngine portal. 

WPEngine is the website host and they have a portal which allows you to see information about the web server including the IP address, create an SFTP user account and make and restore backups. For more information about the WPEngine dashboard, read this article.
