Select a thumbnail for a post using Featured Image

1. Go to the post for which you want to select a thumbnail
2. In the right column below Publish -- often way down at the bottom, find Featured Image
3. Click Set Featured Image
   1. Locate the image in the Gallery or Media Library, or Upload an image, and click Show
   2. To the right of the Insert into Post button, click the link that says Use as Featured Image
   3. Exit the popup ("X" out)
   4. Save/Update the post.
